Do I need to sign an annual contract?
No annual commitment is required for 90-day pilots. Launch Annual, Growth Annual, and Scale are annual agreements. Approved customers may pay annual agreements upfront or in monthly ACH installments, but monthly installment billing does not turn the annual agreement into a month-to-month subscription.
What is a Qualified Walkthrough Run?
A Qualified Walkthrough Run is a unique external visitor session where the SentientWeb experience starts and the visitor meaningfully engages — for example by sending a message, clicking a guided path, asking a question, selecting a buying or use-case prompt, engaging for 15+ seconds, or reaching a defined walkthrough step.
Is pricing based on message volume or page views?
No. Plans include a monthly pool of Qualified Walkthrough Runs. You are not charged for raw impressions, bots, or passive traffic.
How do overages and billing caps work?
Each plan includes a monthly pool of Qualified Walkthrough Runs. If usage exceeds the included amount, additional runs are billed at the overage rate. Launch and Growth include monthly billing caps so bills stay predictable. If you consistently exceed your plan, we recommend the next tier.
Which plan should most teams start on?
Most buyers should start with the free conversion audit to identify the high-intent page and handoff path. Launch Pilot is the usual next step for proving one path, while Growth Annual fits teams ready for more pages, CRM/webhook integration, and optimization.
How does annual billing work?
Launch Annual, Growth Annual, and Scale are 12-month agreements. Customers may pay upfront by invoice via ACH or bank transfer. Approved customers may also pay the annual agreement in monthly ACH installments, such as $499/month for Launch Annual or $1,499/month for Growth Annual, while remaining committed to the full annual term. Monthly installment billing does not create a month-to-month subscription. Overage rates and monthly caps still apply.
How do payments work?
Paid pilots are invoiced upfront. Annual plans are billed by invoice or order form. ACH debit or bank transfer is preferred. Approved annual agreements may be paid upfront or in monthly ACH installments. Credit card payment may be available by request as a backup payment method.
Does monthly payment mean month-to-month?
No. Monthly installment billing means the annual agreement is paid in monthly installments. It does not create a month-to-month subscription unless the order form explicitly says so.
What is Launch Pilot and how does the upgrade credit work?
Launch Pilot is $2,500 flat for 90 days with no annual commitment. If you upgrade to Launch Annual or Growth Annual during or after the pilot, the full $2,500 is credited toward your annual agreement.
What is the competitor switcher price?
Switching from Docket, Qualified, Chili Piper, Warmly, Breakout, Drift, 1Mind, or Expertise AI qualifies for Growth Annual at $999/mo for 12 monthly ACH installments in year one ($11,988/year total). Sales verifies eligibility before an order form is issued.
Launch Pilot vs Growth Pilot — which should we choose?
Launch Pilot ($2,500 / 90 days) proves SentientWeb on 1–3 pages with limited onboarding. Growth Pilot ($4,500 / 90 days) is a serious evaluation with 5 pages, 5,000 runs/mo, CRM/webhook integration, and weekly optimization.
What is the Revenue Leak Audit?
Revenue Leak Audit is free: paste one high-intent page URL and get a modeled report on buyer stall points, revenue at risk, and where an interactive AI walkthrough should qualify and route the next step. It is not a production embed or included walkthrough runs — upgrade to Launch or above for live deployment on your site.
What is the Performance Plan?
Lower fixed fee plus success-based pricing for qualified leads, booked consultations, or attributed sales. Sold custom with agreed definitions for qualified leads, booked consultations, opportunities, or attributed revenue.
What happens if we exceed included runs?
Additional runs bill at the plan overage rate ($2 Launch, $1.50 Growth, $1 Scale). Launch caps at $1,999/month total; Growth caps at $4,999. You can optionally hard-cap usage when the pool is exhausted.
Do we need a specific CRM?
No. Growth and above support CRM/webhook integration. SentientWeb sits above your stack and calls the scheduler, router, or handoff you configure.
How does Enterprise differ from Scale?
Enterprise is custom pricing for SSO, SLA, dedicated success, compliance controls, multi-brand support, and custom run commitments — typically above ~40k runs/month or procurement requirements.
How are AI answers kept accurate?
Answers are grounded in approved source content. Sensitive security, legal, pricing, and high-risk questions route to a human.
I don’t have time to set this up. Can you do it for me?
Yes. Done-for-you setup is available on paid plans (pilots and annual). We handle configuration, content mapping, and go-live; you approve everything.
How long does setup take?
We handle the heavy lifting on paid plans: content mapping, walkthrough configuration, install, and preview before launch. Simple sites move quickly; complex products may need a few hours of content review.
What if procurement needs SOC 2 or a BAA?
SentientWeb is not currently SOC 2 certified. Regulated deployments should use approved content, human handoff, and a security review gate until requirements are met.
