Do I need to sign an annual contract?
No. The managed SentientWeb service runs month to month with no annual commitment. The one-time business map setup is invoiced separately at the start. ACH or bank transfer is preferred for all invoices.
What is an active buyer journey?
An active buyer journey is one unique prospect who meaningfully interacts with SentientWeb during a 30-day window — asking a buying question, answering a guided prompt, continuing from Instagram to your website, or booking a next step. Each prospect counts once per window, however many times they return.
Is pricing based on message volume or page views?
No. Your plan includes 500 active buyer journeys per month — unique prospects, not impressions, sessions, or message counts. Raw traffic is only a capacity guardrail.
How do journey blocks work?
Your plan includes 500 active buyer journeys each month. Beyond that, capacity grows in blocks of 500 journeys for $500 per block, so the invoice grows only with buyers actually served. We flag rising usage before the next block and recommend changes on a trailing monthly average — never from one spike.
What does the managed service include?
Deployment, monitoring, weekly reporting, content operations, and continuous improvement across both surfaces — website and Instagram — plus the outcome loop that ties buyer interactions to booked, attended, quoted, won, and lost results in your CRM.
How do payments work?
Business map setup is invoiced once at the start. The managed service is billed monthly by invoice — ACH debit via Stripe is preferred and is the only automated Stripe rail; credit cards are processed only through Authorize.Net (sales-assisted). Third-party channel costs such as iMessage, voice, email, or video pass through at cost after an included allowance.
What does the business map setup cover?
The founding cohort pays a one-time $500 business map setup: we map your business, import approved knowledge, configure the rules, and connect website, Instagram, and CRM. After the founding cohort, standard setup is $1,500–$2,500; complex or multi-location businesses are quoted separately.
What are the third-party channel costs?
Third-party channels such as iMessage, voice, email, and video carry vendor costs. Your plan includes an allowance first; beyond that, vendor costs pass through at cost with no markup.
What is the conversion audit?
The conversion audit is free: paste one page URL and get a modeled report on where buyers stall, what revenue is at risk, and what SentientWeb should cover from approved knowledge. It is not a production deployment — the managed SentientWeb service runs live on your site.
What happens if we exceed 500 journeys?
Nothing automatic bills you. We notify you as usage approaches the included amount, and additional blocks of 500 journeys at $500 are confirmed with you first. Changes follow a trailing monthly average, not one busy week.
Do we need a specific CRM?
No. The outcome loop works best with HubSpot connected, because outcomes teach the system. Without a CRM, handoffs and weekly reports arrive by email until you connect one.
How are answers kept accurate?
Answers are grounded in your approved business map. Pricing, policy, insurance, and other sensitive questions route to your team whenever confidence is low.
I don’t have time to set this up. Can you do it for me?
That is the model. The business map setup is done for you — we map, import, configure, connect, and preview everything. You approve before anything goes live.
How long does setup take?
About 10 business days from the working session to a previewed, approved assistant: business map, knowledge import, rules, website and Instagram connection, and a full preview before launch.
Who owns our data?
You own your business and customer data, and it stays exportable. SentientWeb owns its software, schemas, and decision logic, and uses only contractually permitted, de-identified patterns to improve the vertical system.
What if procurement needs SOC 2 or a BAA?
SentientWeb is not currently SOC 2 certified. Regulated deployments should use approved content, human handoff, and a security review gate until requirements are met.
