The assistant on this website is an automated system. Google provides the underlying AI technology (Gemini Live). Robanka Inc. operates the site and configures how that technology is presented here. It is not a human employee, lawyer, doctor, financial adviser, or compliance professional.

Channels and consent

SentientWeb works on the website and on connected social channels such as Instagram. Interacting with it — on any channel — does not by itself grant email, SMS, messaging, or calling consent. Permission for each contact channel is collected separately when you ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.

What the system learns

Interactions help the system answer better next time: repeated questions, hesitation points, and business outcomes improve recommendations, scores, and proposed content — never the business’s pricing, offers, or claims, which change only with the owner’s approval. Business and customer data stays isolated per business and exportable; cross-business learning uses only de-identified, contractually permitted patterns. Research performed by buyer-side assistants through the agent channel is recorded as machine research and kept separate from identified buyers until the buyer gives consent or requests action.

Voice capture

If you choose microphone mode, your voice is captured and processed while the feature is active so the assistant can understand and respond. Your browser should request microphone permission before audio is transmitted. You can deny or revoke microphone access in your browser settings and continue using the website without voice mode.

Limits and prohibited uses

Do not use the assistant to:

• Submit sensitive, confidential, children’s, payment, health, or government ID data.
• Seek legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, or other professional advice.
• Create deceptive content, impersonate people, or make high-impact eligibility decisions.
• Record bystanders without notice and any legally required consent.

Your choices

Outside prior-opt-in jurisdictions (and where we geo-limit access accordingly), using the assistant is treated as accepting the Privacy Policy and Terms for that session’s processing and confirming you are 18 or older. You can still decline optional storage via Privacy choices, avoid microphone mode, close the assistant, clear browser permissions, or submit privacy requests through our Data Request page.
